FOR THE LOVE OF KETTLE ART SHOW February 12th, 2011

I showed two paintings in the, "For The Love of Kettle Art Show" this past Weekend and sold both of them the first night of the opening. Thanks to Kettle for having me once more at their gallery and thanks to Alex for snapping photos of my work that night.     both very engaging pieces. i particularly like the first "You Can Have Me Once More". there's just enough of a scene to make something play in my head, without you forcing your own experience onto the viewer.

    it looks, to me, like a shot from just outside the passenger window of a vehicle, in which a couple is have some kind of intense conversation. i'm pretty sure i've seen something similar to this 100 times driving to work.

    excellent work all around. glad you're sharing this stuff. :-)
